Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Minimum 2 years of residential PV solar sales experience
- Applicants must hold a valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license
- Strong negotiation skills and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet during site visits
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with software such as FieldPulse, Aurora, or GoHighLevel is a plus

Responsibilities
- Follow up promptly with leads via phone, email, and text to qualify opportunities and schedule consultations as well as in person intake appointments.
- Conduct in-person site visits at residential and commercial properties to evaluate customer needs, assess installation requirements, and recommend appropriate solar, battery storage, or EV charging solutions.
- Educate customers on system options, project scope, timelines, and available incentives to help them make informed decisions.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates, proposals, and contracts to customers.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information, project details, and communications within the company’s systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure projects move smoothly from proposal to installation.
- Address change orders, scope adjustments, and customer questions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and guide them through the installation process from initial consultation through project completion, as well as post installation follow up.
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a high-quality, professional experience at every stage of the project.
