What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor the Commercial/Pricing team; foster a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and cost analysis frameworks to support profitability.
  • Manage complex pricing proposals for domestic and international mail, parcels, and publications.
  • Advise Sales and Executive teams on market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain pricing models and dashboards using Excel and BI tools.
  • Collaborate with key departments—Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Export, Billing.
  • Support vendor negotiations to secure competitive rates.
  • Resolve pricing and billing discrepancies with internal teams and clients.
  • Automate workflows, improve pricing operations, and establish process best practices.
  • Report on departmental KPIs and ensure service level agreements are met.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in pricing/commercial roles (logistics preferred), including 2+ years in leadership.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
