RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Lead the development, implementation, and management of SEO strategies for clients, ensuring they align with overall business objectives and marketing goals.

● Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to SEO Specialists, fostering their growth and success.

● Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create data-driven marketing strategies that integrate SEO best practices and optimize organic search visibility and performance.

● Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the SEO team.

● Monitor and analyze clients' SEO performance using analytics tools, and deliver regular reports, insights, and recommendations for ongoing optimization efforts.

● Work with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results, including PPC, content, web development, and strategy.

● Provide content direction based on keyword strategy and client objectives.

● Address technical SEO issues and implement solutions to enhance site performance and user experience.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in SEO.

● Assist in documenting SOPs and identifying KPIs for the SEO department.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

● 5+ years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

● Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.

● Proven track record of developing successful SEO strategies that drive growth and meet client objectives.

● Understanding of B2B demand generation strategies, tactics, and best practices.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively presenting complex information.

● Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

● Leadership experience focused on fostering a positive team culture.

● Technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with web developers and technical teams.
