Our Boys & Girls Club offers a variety of programs designed to channel youthful energy and curiosity into constructive activities that address today’s most pressing youth issues. We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to serve as positive and inspiring mentors for our primary, middle school, and high school members.
Description and Responsibilities
• Assist members with homework and academic enrichment
• Engage youth in recreational and physical activities
• Facilitate and deliver Boys & Girls Club of America programs
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor for youth across multiple age groups
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming Club environment
Schedule
• Part-Time: Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability and interest in youth development
• Direct experience working with children in camp, school, or similar settings
• College coursework in a related field (e.g., Secondary Education, Child Psychology, Physical Education, Sports Coaching) is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
$17 - $17.5 per hour
