The Role

You will manage a roster of 3-5 creators and own their brand partnership revenue. This means identifying target brands, sending outbound outreach with pricing, negotiating deals, and closing contracts. You are responsible for the full deal lifecycle from first email to signed agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow brand partnership revenue for your assigned creator roster
  • Build and execute outbound pipeline daily (cold email, follow-up, booking calls)
  • Negotiate deal terms and pricing directly with brand decision-makers
  • Manage deal execution, deliverables, and renewals
  • Track all activity and pipeline in CRM
  • Hit weekly outbound targets and monthly revenue goals

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in talent management, brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or influencer marketing
  • You have personally closed brand deals (not supported someone who closed them)
  • Comfortable sending cold outreach with pricing in the first touch
  • Organized, self-directed, and metrics-driven
  • Strong written communication
  • Creator economy experience preferred but not required if you have sales DNA

Compensation

$65,000-$85,000 base salary plus 10-15% commission on closed deals. Full benefits. Top performers earn $150K-$200K+ annually.
