The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious Brand Partnerships Associate to work directly alongside our founder. You will be a critical part of the commercial team, responsible for managing the entire deal lifecycle from first contact through signed contract. This is not an administrative assistant role, you will have direct ownership of the systems that drive our revenue and a clear path to a deal-closing role.


Your mandate will be to bring order and efficiency to a high-volume deal environment. This includes managing and triaging all incoming brand inquiries, owning the deals pipeline, handling contract and invoice flow, identifying cross-roster opportunities, and independently managing smaller brand deals. You will be the operational backbone of the founder's desk, enabling the team to function at scale.


This is a unique opportunity to learn the business of talent management from the inside, with direct exposure to six- and seven-figure brand negotiations and a clear path to growth within the company.


What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a master of organization and a proactive problem-solver. You have 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally at a talent agency, management company, or brand marketing team. You are fluent in the language of the creator economy and are passionate about building efficient systems.


Beyond your resume, you are someone who thrives under pressure and finds satisfaction in bringing order to chaos. You are relentlessly detail-oriented, an exceptional communicator, and you have a "no task is too small" mentality. You understand that managing the operational details is what enables the big strategic wins.


What We Offer

Competitive compensation ($50K-$65K base) with performance-based bonuses. You will have a direct seat at the table with the founder and the opportunity to build out the operational function of the desk as we grow. The trajectory for this role is significant, with a clear path to a junior manager or brand partnerships role.
