We believe juice should be super fresh and that drinking your fruits and vegetables doesn’t have to be bland or boring. We have four local stores where we connect customers with products that are insanely delicious and powerfully nutritious. We sell cold pressed juices, cashew milks and freshly packaged salads made at our warehouse in Sterling, VA. In our shops we make superfood focused smoothies and smoothie bowls as well as our Signature Waffle. We take pride in the products we make as well as the environment we’ve created with a distinct, comfortable and clean aesthetic. Our team is welcoming and friendly. Job Responsibilities:

Team member responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Educating customers about the health and wellness benefits of our products. 
• Sharing samples of our products with each and every customer. 
• Open the kitchen, setting up ingredients and prep stations to make smoothies, bowls and waffles.
• Carefully follow recipes to create our in-shop menu items with a focus on accuracy, consistency and presentation. 
• Keep the kitchen clean by washing dishes and wiping down countertops and blenders between orders. Always complying with food safety regulations. 
• Use the POS system to quickly and accurately check out guests. 
• Assist delivery drivers with shipment, unpacking coolers and stocking retail fridges, organizing by item and date. 
• Update the online inventory to reflect current product availability through the day.  
• Maintain presentation standards of the retail cases by keeping the bottles organized, front and center and in the correct chronological order. 
• Complete end of day duties including closing the kitchen and cleaning the shop. 

Physical Requirements:

• You must physically be able to lift 40 pounds.  
• You must be able to stand for long periods of time. 
• You must be able to read and comprehend information and follow instructions accurately and effectively. 

Availability:

We offer a flexible schedule with a variety of shifts that could work well for a stay at home parent, college student, someone looking to get back into the workplace or someone looking to try something new without a large time commitment. With few exceptions we are out of the shop by 5:30pm each day and get our team home in time for dinner. 

Our Leesburg shop is open 8am - 5pm every day of the week, including holidays (with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas). 

You are available to work two shifts each week.

Saturday and Sunday shifts:

8:30 am - 2:30 pm

1:30 pm - 5:30 pm
