As an independent contractor, you’ll receive consistent assignments at commercial properties, allowing you to focus on what you do best—keeping sites safe and clear during winter weather events.

Responsibilities

  •  Perform timely and efficient snow plowing for assigned commercial properties.

  •  Apply salt and de-icing products (if equipped with salter).

  •  Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly when dispatched.

  •  Maintain equipment in safe, working condition.

  •  Follow property-specific service requirements and safety standards.

  •  Communicate with dispatch regarding job status and completion.

Requirements

  •  Must provide own truck with plow (and salter if available).

  •  Proven experience in snow plowing and/or ice management.

  •  Reliable, punctual, and able to respond during winter weather events (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

  •  Valid driver’s license and insurance.

  •  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
