Greene Thumb is seeking a dependable and creative Seasonal Fall Decor & Delivery Associate to help bring fall to life for our customers. This role includes caring for seasonal plants, delivering pumpkins and décor, and creating beautiful autumn displays for homes and businesses.

This is a flexible, part-time position that is ideal for parents, retirees, students, or anyone looking for supplemental income during the fall season.

Responsibilities

• Water and maintain mums, ornamental cabbage, and other seasonal plants
• Drive a company truck to deliver pumpkins, plants, and seasonal décor
• Create and install decorative fall displays for residential and commercial customers
• Arrange pumpkins, gourds, mums, and other seasonal materials in attractive displays
• Load, unload, and transport products safely
• Maintain inventory and keep work areas organized
• Provide friendly and professional customer service

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Must be comfortable driving a pickup truck and making local deliveries
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and appreciation for seasonal decorating
• Previous landscaping, gardening, retail, or decorating experience is a plus, but not required
