We’re looking for a thoughtful, flexible, and reflective therapist to join our Rye office at Greenberg Psychological Services. This hybrid role offers the chance to provide evidence-based therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment where you can grow as a clinician while doing excellent work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches (ACT, CBT, DBT, ERP, etc.).
• Work closely with a team of clinicians who are serious about their work and kind to each other.
• Participate in individual clinical supervision (for pre-licensed clinicians) and ongoing professional development.
• Keep documentation accurate and timely, in line with practice policies and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with clients on treatment goals and track progress, making adjustments to the approach when needed.
• Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Pre-licensed or licensed clinician in NY (LCSW, LMSW, PhD/PsyD, MHC-LP, LMHC, etc.).
• A solid foundation in behavioral and evidence-based therapies such as ACT, CBT, DBT, ERP, or similar.
• Ability to work both in-person (in Rye) and remotely, with some evening or weekend hours preferred.
• Interest in supervision and clinical development.
• An ethical, reflective approach to therapy and a commitment to growth.
