The sales associate would be responsible for greeting customers, validating ID & medical cards, and checking patients into the dispensary. They would also assist customers with front end purchases and answer customer questions while in the lobby. An ideal candidate would be organized, sociable, and have exemplary customer service skills. Cannabis knowledge is a advantage.
Description
Responsibilities:
● Greet customers as they come in and validate their ID
● Check customers into our point of sale system
● Tend to customers while they wait in the lobby, answering any questions they may have
● Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to appropriate dispensary staff members or answer their general questions
● Make sure lobby stays clean and orderly
● Assist with other dispensary tasks, such as audits, as needed
● Assist customers with non-cannabis purchases
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Knowledgeable of cannabis basics—products, strains, consumption methods
● 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in cannabis industry
● Friendly, personable, and service-oriented
● Minimum age requirement is 21
● Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
● Must pass any and all required background checks
Salary
$13 - $16 per hour
