GMS is a medical cannabis provisioning center. We sell CBD, essential oils, hemp based products and medical cannabis products. We are pharmacist owned and operated with a strong focus on patient education. Our staff is professionally trained on cannabinoids, terpenes, and the uses for cannabis as medicine. Helping people improve their health and quality of life with cannabis is our mission.
Description
Qualified applicants will have retail sales and customer service experience. Cannabis industry experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service that encourages customer loyalty.
- Educate customers and politely handle their questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Operate point of sale software to complete sales
- Handle cash, debit card and gift card payments
- Assist with opening and closing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain sales floor, including restocking merchandise and cleaning/organizing displays.
- Follow all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Knowledgeable of cannabis basics including products, strains, and consumption methods
- 1-3 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in cannabis industry
- Friendly, personable, and service-oriented
- Passionate about learning and staying current on cannabis products and trends
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
Salary
$15 - $18 per hour
