We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Account Coordinator looking to grow and learn by working hands on with an Account team for multiple client accounts. The Account Coordinator’s responsibilities include coordinating and updating special offers, updating budgets and being an integral part of everyday client communication. Through this role, you will build a knowledge of our business and offerings, manage and strengthen client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

To be successful as Account Coordinator, you should have a firm knowledge of our clients and their needs. Ultimately, an outstanding Account Coordinator should have strong communication, customer service, and should be highly organized and a self starter. ACCOUNT COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collecting and updating data to ensure weekly and monthly meetings run smoothly. 
  • Keeping accurate records tasks and communicating completions to clients. 
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Working with clients to ensure monthly specials and sales events are live on their websites.
  • Requesting and reviewing creative to ensure compliance.
  • Submitting pre-approval and co-op documents for applicable clients.
  • Communicating with agency partners to accomplish tasks such as creative, reporting, etc.
  • Creating reporting based on services and clients wants.
  • Provides day to day administrative support: budget reports, meeting notes and sending meeting invites


SPECIFICATIONS:

  • $35K
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with account management.
  • Experience managing clients in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Highly organized and solution-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.

$35,000 - $45,000 per year
