Fulfillment Specialist (Full-Time, On-Site)

Green Ladder Technologies is seeking a Full-Time Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. This role is an integral part of our company’s success, ensuring that our products move efficiently from inventory to customer delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Position Overview
The Fulfillment Specialist will oversee day-to-day order fulfillment operations, inventory tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and cost-effectively. This is an on-site position working closely with our warehouse and logistics teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end fulfillment operations, including order processing, production coordination, and shipment execution
- Create, schedule, and oversee work orders and product builds to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet demand forecasts
- Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages, excess stock, and production delays
- Coordinate picking, kitting, packing, and shipping activities to support efficient manufacturing and fulfillment workflows
- Ensure all products are built, packaged, and shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with company quality standards
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Logistics Coordinator to align production schedules, labor, and outbound logistics for maximum efficiency and cost control
- Maintain accurate inventory, production, and fulfillment records within inventory and warehouse management systems
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing builds, inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillment
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput, accuracy, and operational performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills
- Prior experience with warehouse operations and fulfillment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Business-level oral and written communication skills
