The Role

As a Snow Removal Team Member, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from residential and commercial properties. Your work will help maintain safe pathways and driveways, ensuring our clients can navigate their spaces comfortably during winter weather. You will collaborate with a team to execute snow removal plans efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

- Operate snow removal equipment, including snowplows (if trained), snowblowers and shovels, to clear snow and ice.

- Assess properties for snow accumulation and prioritize areas for removal.

- Work as part of a team to ensure timely and thorough snow removal services.

- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate efforts and report any issues.

- Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or needed repairs.

- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and requests promptly.

What We're Looking For

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including cold temperatures and snow.

- Experience operating snow removal equipment is preferred but not required.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Reliability and punctuality in attendance and performance.

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.

Nice to Have

- Previous experience in snow removal, landscaping or outdoor maintenance.

- Knowledge of safety practices related to snow removal.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
