Starting hourly pay is variable based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time or Seasonal Work Available

Duties

• Perform regular lawn maintenance, including lawn mowing, trimming and blowing.
• Operate equipment such as lawn mowers, string trimmers and leaf blowers for lawn maintenance tasks.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger maintenance properties as needed.
• Perform assigned work with detail, efficiency, a positive attitude, and excellence.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• It may be required to drive a truck and trailer to various client locations.
• Ensure proper storage of equipment in the trailer during transit and report damaged/broken equipment.
• Adhere to the company's employee handbook and procedures.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required depending on job responsibilities.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Familiarity with common landscaping equipment is essential.
• Previous experience in lawn maintenance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with varying skill levels.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
