Be part of something special! Green Hill Child Development Center, a family-owned center since 1974, is seeking a nurturing Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to join our close-knit team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide loving, responsive care for infants and toddlers (6 weeks - 2 years)
• Create developmentally appropriate activities that support early milestones
• Partner with families to ensure consistent care between home and school
• Maintain detailed daily communication with parents about their child's day
• Support breastfeeding practices and follow individualized care plans

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 90 clock hours of approved early childhood coursework
• 45 clock hours of approved infant/toddler specific coursework (or willingness to complete)
• 1 year of experience with infants/toddlers or preschoolers in approved setting
• 9 clock hours of training in communication with staff, parents, and public
• Training in supporting breastfeeding practices
• 3 clock hours in ADA Compliance
