The Role

We are looking for a warm, dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to lead our 3–5 year old classroom. You will create a joyful, engaging learning environment grounded in our Creative Curriculum approach, build meaningful partnerships with families, and collaborate with a close-knit team that genuinely loves what they do.

What You'll Do

• Lead a preschool classroom, creating engaging learning experiences for children ages 3–5
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to each child's needs
• Build strong relationships with families and communicate daily about their child's progress
• Collaborate with our experienced team in a supportive, family-like atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 90 clock hours of approved early childhood coursework (or equivalent alternatives)
• 3 years of experience working with preschoolers in a licensed childcare center or approved setting
• 9 clock hours of approved training in communicating with staff, parents, and the public
• 3 clock hours in ADA Compliance training
• Passion for early childhood development and family-centered care
