About Us

We are a family owned and operated OMMA-licensed Medical Marijuana Cultivation, Processing, Dispensary, and Hospitality Site on the East side of Lake Texoma, in Cartwright Oklahoma. We focus on commercial level high-tech greenhouse cultivation. We are quickly growing, and are looking for team members that are passionate about the industry, learning, and growing with us.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals to help manage our large-scale grow operation. The team utilizes well established systems to cultivate plants from seed to harvest with the help of technology and guidance from the Director of Cultivation.

Responsibility for all aspects of management includes the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of cannabis cultivation, including, but not limited to; irrigation, pest management, pruning, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, curing and sanitation under the supervision of the Director of Cultivation. Must follow the details of daily operations along with more complex, systems-based protocols that demand strict adherence to regulations.

Propagation Lead Details

• Responsible for hands on management of propagation including IPM program, climate control, maintaining plug inventory, growing plants
• Manages the health of mother plants and genetics program
• Ensures the success of healthy clones for the operation
• Works closely with the Director of Cultivation to carry out and oversee the propagation work schedules in accordance to the Demand Plan
• Monitors improve and report daily productivity, quality and safety metrics
• Researches and implements new production techniques
• Oversees proper inventory best practices for the propagation facility

Role Requirements

• Prior propagation experience within commercial nurseries.
• Basic computer/smartphone/tablet skills
• Detail-oriented

• Ability to plan ahead, trouble-shoot, anticipate problems, and problem solve

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be 21 years or older, as per OMMA compliance

Physical Requirements

• Able to physically lift at least 50 lbs
• Able to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Able to periodically bend, reach, and squat
