Maintain grounds in clean, safe, and orderly manner; removes weeds and debris from walkways, stairways, roadways, planters and parking areas by hand; prunes shrubs and trees; uses Blower on walkways and driveways; loads and unloads equipment or materials to vehicles and on job sites; hauls and disposes of grass clippings and debris; operates and maintains equipment such as mower, edger, string trimmer, loads equipment on trailer for transport and drives to work sites; maintains service request records and other duties required to fulfill work.
