Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse and Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team and ensure seamless, efficient operations. In this pivotal role, you will uphold high service standards, streamline processes, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of fulfillment associates to consistently meet and exceed customer order standards.
- Provide regular, constructive performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of subscription orders and other merchandise to customers.
- Oversee all activities and processes within fulfillment operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Modify and optimize processes as needed to accommodate increasing order and merchandise volumes.
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to recommend and implement enhancements to processes, workflows, equipment, and staffing that improve customer satisfaction, speed up fulfillment, and reduce costs.
- Develop, document, and regularly review standard operating procedures.
- Safety and Maintenance:
- Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant work environment.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and well-organized, and that equipment and grounds are properly maintained.
- Inventory and Logistics:
- Maintain accurate merchandise inventory at all times.
- Collaborate with transportation partners to ensure timely and efficient order delivery.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What Success Looks Like:
- Bulk subscription orders are packed and shipped on time each month.
- Merchandise and clothing orders are accurately processed and delivered according to clients’ schedules.
- Received products are promptly quality-checked, and the inventory system is updated on the same day.
- Special orders are picked, packed, and shipped on the same day they are received.
- Standard operating procedures are not only followed but also regularly reviewed and improved.

Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Knowledge of order processing best practices, inventory management principles, logistics, and supply chain concepts.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online order processing.
- Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds when necessary
