What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive HR support across multiple client accounts—including compliance, employee relations, benefits, and performance management.
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for client employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with federal and state laws.
  • Support benefits administration and payroll coordination.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on employee relations issues, offering guidance to clients.
  • Use data and analytics to track HR trends and present actionable insights.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through clear communication and reliable execution.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or advisory role.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and ATS platforms.

Preferred:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience with UKG HRIS/ATS and Unanet platform.

  • Confidence to make informed recommendations on HR matters.
