Gratitude Holistic Services is seeking a committed and organized Residential Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our residential homes. The Residential Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment for individuals receiving services and is responsible for supervising direct support staff and coordinating with program leadership. This position has the potential to transition into a Program Coordinator / QDDP (Qualified Developmental Disability Professional) role.

Job Title:

Residential Supervisor (Potential to transition into Program Coordinator/QDDP)


Pay Range:

$22–$30/hour, depending on experience and education.

Applicants with degrees in Human Services fields will be strongly considered for future advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Team Leadership:

  • Oversee daily activities of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
  • Coordinate staff schedules and ensure appropriate shift coverage
  • Train and support new staff
  • Ensure staff follow care plans, documentation standards, and health & safety protocols

Client Support & Oversight:

  • Ensure high-quality person-centered care for individuals supported
  • Communicate with families, case managers, and guardians
  • Monitor progress on ISPs and behavioral plans
  • Assist with appointments, medication oversight, and daily routines as needed

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Ensure completion and accuracy of Therap documentation (ISP, MARs, GERs, etc.)
  • Conduct house audits and monthly check-ins
  • Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations and agency policies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in residential or disability services
  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Education (for Program Coordinator/QDDP potential):

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Human Services field, including (but not limited to):


  • Psychology
  • Sociology
  • Social Work
  • Special Education
  • Rehabilitation Counseling
  • Human Development
  • Nursing
  • Other related fields as defined under CMS guidelines for QDDP roles are also acceptable.

Note: The bachelor's degree is not required for the residential supervisor position. It is just preferred for possible transition to QDDP.

Salary

$22 - $30 per hour
