•      Organize, package, and submit files to vendors with consistent naming conventions and folder structures

Web & Digital Asset Production

•      Create, resize, crop, and optimize product imagery for web performance and customer-specific requirements

•      Upload and manage product imagery in Shopify; assist with updating product pages, collections, and back-end organization

•      Resize and adapt existing product and brand assets for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, ensuring correct specs, aspect ratios, and visual consistency across channels

•      Ensure visual consistency across all product listings and digital touchpoints

Marketing Asset Adaptation

•      Adapt existing design assets into marketing formats for web, email, and social media, working from approved templates and brand direction provided by the design team

•      Reformat seasonal and product campaign materials for use across different platforms and placements

•      Assist the design team with minor edits and production updates to marketing collateral, presentations, and sell sheets

AI & Workflow Support

•      Use Adobe AI tools, including Firefly, generative fill, neural filters, and Content-Aware features in Photoshop, to assist with image cleanup, background removal, background extension, and asset retouching

Cross-Functional Support

•      Work closely with Product Development, Design, and Marketing teams on shared assets and production files
