The Role
As the Assisted Living Administrator/Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our assisted living facility. You will ensure compliance with state regulations, manage staff, and create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and their families. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of care and service.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all aspects of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, families, and staff.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build a skilled and compassionate team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Manage budgets and financial operations to maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Engage with residents and families to address concerns and improve service delivery.
- Promote community outreach and build relationships with local organizations and stakeholders.
