What We're Looking For

We're in search of committed, energetic Property Caretakers to manage our expanding portfolio of vacation homes. Your role will include property maintenance, housekeeping, team management, and client communications.


  • $17/hour
  • Up to $100 per month car allowance for eligible employees

  • Oversee operations for a specific set of properties
  • Lead a high-performing local team
  • Handle escalated guest and homeowner issues via email, calls, and tickets
  • Maintain and enhance property quality, including light maintenance tasks
  • Conduct pre-arrival inspections for guests and homeowners
  • Meet and uphold Grand Welcome standards and metrics
  • Manage budget and conduct cost-benefit analysis for your portfolio
  • Collaborate with regional and upper management teams
  • Cross-coverage for peers and managers as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer skills across various devices
  • Excellent communication skills—email, phone calls, video calls, and texts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Prior housekeeping experience is a plus
  • Must adhere to company policies and procedures

Work Environment and Physical Demands
