As the Content Specialist, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of curriculum across key program focus areas, including STEM, literacy, leadership, and other enrichment pathways. Your responsibilities include developing project-based curriculum aligned with DYCD program goals; delivering high-quality enrichment instruction; establishing measurable learning outcomes and tracking participant progress; reviewing and coaching instructional staff on lesson plans and teaching practices; monitoring curriculum quality and compliance with DYCD performance standards; coordinating instructional materials and academic resources; and participating in professional development, collaborative planning, and organizational training to support program excellence.

Description

As the Content Specialist, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of curriculum across key program focus areas, including STEM, literacy, leadership, and other enrichment pathways. Your responsibilities include developing project-based curriculum aligned with DYCD program goals; delivering high-quality enrichment instruction; establishing measurable learning outcomes and tracking participant progress; reviewing and coaching instructional staff on lesson plans and teaching practices; monitoring curriculum quality and compliance with DYCD performance standards; coordinating instructional materials and academic resources; and participating in professional development, collaborative planning, and organizational training to support program excellence.

Position is Part-time 12-15 hours a week

$30 - $35 per hour
