REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have experience with Roofing Service & Repairs. This mandatory experience must include COMMERCIAL and RESIDENTIAL knowledge of roofing systems. Must have experience with building and maintaining relationships with builders, property managers, homeowners and building owners.



  • Supervising roofing crews.
  • Delegate and direct service tasks, monitor the progress of current projects, and manage service team members to ensure the team's objectives are met.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as manage and update billing, process material orders.
  • Maintain service job board and evaluate its efficiency.
  • Resolve service problems and improve methods to increase productivity and customer service.
  • Uphold customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
  • Must have professional appearance and mannerisms.
  • Ordering products and scheduling delivery.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Meet with customers about leaks and repairs.
  • Inspect and document work both prior to and after repairs.
  • Document work with photos.
  • Enforce safety rules.
  • Weekend and On-Call hours may apply.


  • A bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field or an equivalent amount of experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service.
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Windows computers.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have 5 + years of experience.
