Job Overview:

Grace Roofing & Sheet Metal Enterprise is seeking experienced, dependable technicians for roof repairs. The ideal candidate will be competent in a variety of roofing systems, including single ply, modified, shingle, tile, and metal. The technician will be provided with a company truck and a helper to assist with their duties.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct roof inspections to assess damage and determine necessary repairs

- Repair and replace damaged roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, and metal panels

- Perform maintenance on roofing systems to ensure longevity and durability

- Install new roofing systems as needed

- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working on roofs

- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and answer any questions

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a roofing technician

- Familiarity with a variety of roofing systems, including single-ply, modified, shingle, tile, and metal

- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
