Generating leads with commercial and residential decision markers.
Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
Coordinate with estimating department to prepare bids.
Ensure estimates are completed in a timely manner.
Keep abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Continued growth with current customer base.
Maintaining proper sales reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year work experience as a roofing sales representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
The ability to follow up with customers, maintain positive relationships and close sales
