As a Truck Driver for our roofing company, your primary responsibility will be to safely operate company vehicles and dump trailer trucks to transport materials to and from construction sites. You will be tasked with loading and unloading materials using the dump truck's hydraulic system, as well as performing routine inspections and maintenance on the vehicle to ensure its proper functioning. Additionally, you will need to communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate material transportation while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Skills Required:

To succeed in this role, you should have proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including dump trucks and forklifts, as well as mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a good driving record for insurance eligibility. Proven experience operating a standard dump truck is preferred, along with working knowledge of construction site safety, truck maintenance, and road safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Valid Driver's License with a clean diving record (required)

- Knowledge of roofing supplies and equipment

-Must have roofing experience

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and duties

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with coworkers and field technicians

CDL license is a plus but not required
