Description




Manage, develop and maintain strong relationship with buyers 

● Develop strategies to maintain and increase business 

● Identify new business opportunities 

● Manage: weekly selling reports, sales projection reports, end of season recaps

● Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets 

● Manage inventory forecasts and projections to hit sales goals 

● Liaise with design team on monthly basis to communicate sales’ needs and provide merchandising feedback 

● Conduct prospecting for new accounts through various methods such as internet research, participating in trade shows, social media, and cold calls/emails 

● Create sales presentations to communicate strengths to potential and existing customers

● Attend and present at periodic meetings with Leadership to review activity and discuss plans

● Research and analyze market trend and customers' needs. 


Requirements 

● 3+ years experience in wholesale sales in beauty, accessories, or apparel industries

● Established relationships in the beauty, hair accessories, or accessories market a plus

● Strong leadership skills and team management experience 

● Ability to solve problems as well as recognize issues and help bring them to the table to be solved together if assistance is needed 

● Ability to effectively plan and execute strategy

● Strong operational skills 

● Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Demonstrates a strong work ethic, motivated to learn, highly organized Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 

● CRM experience with the ability to manage and update a pipeline on a daily basis 

● Ability in developing and adapting presentations and marketing material 


Physical Requirements: 

● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

● Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
