We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Day Laborers to assist with a variety of tasks on active job sites. This is a 1099 contractor position, meaning you will work as an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes and benefits. Assignments are typically short-term and vary depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction site labor, including cleanup, material handling, and basic demolition.
• Load and unload building materials.
• Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or project manager.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior construction or manual labor experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Must have basic tools and PPE (hard hat, gloves, work boots, safety vest, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and follow verbal instructions.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid ID and complete a W-9 form for 1099 classification.
