What You’ll Do

You will build and lead a team of volunteers to:

• Cultivate a culture of generosity across Grace Church.
• Help connect generosity and stewardship to discipleship.
• Support generosity in Groups, Classes, and other environments.
• Build relationships with and care for donors.
• Share stories that connect generosity to life change and God’s mission.
• Coordinate giving communication, funding efforts, and donor follow-through.

• You’re a relational, trustworthy, and thoughtful communicator.
• You’re organized and able to manage relationships, projects, and details.
• You’re comfortable talking about generosity and stewardship in a relational way.
• You’re creative and enjoy telling stories that inspire people to participate in God’s mission.
• You’re a collaborative leader who brings people together around a shared vision.
