·       Develop and implement the training calendar to ensure regular rhythms of growth opportunities along the disciple-making pathway.

·       Equip trainers and coordinators of learning environments.

·       Faculty Assignments: Assign teachers to scheduled courses on the training calendar.

·       Growth Plan Coordination: Responsible for ensuring that all classes are compatible and accelerating people’s progress through their Growth Plan.

·       Leadership and Development: Foster the development of volunteers through intentional coaching, regular feedback, and consistent check in rhythms.
