Apply for Growth Director

We are a vibrant, multi-site church passionate about worship, Biblical teaching, and helping people discover the fullness of life in Jesus. Our mission is to help people follow Jesus as we live out God's story every day, everywhere. Our values shape everything we do:

We start with Scripture, because God's Word reveals God's purposes.
We stay hungry, refusing to settle for a passive faith.
We play offense, because an advancing church brings light to a dark world.
We invite conversation, believing authenticity disarms divisiveness.
We're all in, because the church is best when every person is mobilized.

What You’ll Do

• Lead teams and individuals in bringing the vision for disciple formation to life.
• Oversee the development of learning and relational environments where people can grow to become more like Jesus.
• Develop and support teachers, trainers, facilitators, coaches, and mentors.
• Evaluate and improve programs, environments, and resources to help people grow as disciples.

Who You Are

• You’re passionate about Jesus and helping people become more like Him.
• You’re a visionary leader who can see the big picture and turn it into action.

• You’re able to balance vision with the practical details needed to make things happen.
