What You’ll Do

You will build an exceptional team of volunteers to:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vocational missionaries and global ministry partners.
• Provide ongoing prayer, communication, care, financial support, and accountability for our missionary partners.
• Help our church grow in awareness and passion for God’s work around the world.
• Equip and encourage staff, volunteers, and the congregation to engage in global missions.
• Help identify, encourage, and support people from Grace who are exploring or pursuing long-term missionary work.
• Plan and coordinate short-term mission trips from start to finish.
• Recruit, coach, and develop volunteers who serve in global missions.
• Work with church leadership to ensure our global missions efforts align with Grace’s mission and vision.
