Steward facilities and operational systems to ensure spaces are clean, functional, and distraction-free so teams and guests can fully engage in the mission and experience of the organization.
OWNERSHIP OF:
· Strategic Support: Partnering with leadership to align operational systems with organizational vision and growth.
· Facility Systems Oversight: Oversee budgets, preventative maintenance, repairs, event set-up, teardown and cleanliness of facilities with excellence and wise stewardship.
· Safety & Preparedness: Build and maintain effective systems for security and emergency readiness.
· Vendor and contractor management: Manage relationships, contracts, scheduling and performance of external service providers.
· Leadership and Development: Foster the development of staff and volunteers in the Facilities department, through intentional coaching, regular feedback, and consistent check in rhythms.
