Food Service: Oversee purchasing, preparation, cleanup, and consistent quality of all food experiences.
Event Coordination: Coordinate facility events and rental needs including communication, scheduling support, and space readiness.
Readiness: Ensure the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining well-stocked event and kitchen spaces, helping ensure smooth operations and excellent experiences.
Leadership and Development: Foster the development of volunteers through intentional coaching, regular feedback, and consistent check in rhythms.
