We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Remote Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. In this work-from-home role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our virtual office running smoothly, assisting with scheduling, data entry, communication, and document management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and handle incoming inquiries professionally and promptly
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Maintain and organize digital files, records, and documents
- Perform data entry and update databases/spreadsheets regularly
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Support HR or finance teams with light administrative tasks
- Provide customer support via chat, email, or phone if required
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace
