Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Remote Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. In this work-from-home role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our virtual office running smoothly, assisting with scheduling, data entry, communication, and document management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails and handle incoming inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
  • Maintain and organize digital files, records, and documents
  • Perform data entry and update databases/spreadsheets regularly
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Support HR or finance teams with light administrative tasks
  • Provide customer support via chat, email, or phone if required
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace


Salary

$15 - $35 per hour
