GOSA is seeking a skilled UKG Pro HR and Payroll Implementation Consultant to lead and support UKG Pro implementations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with UKG Pro, strong project management skills, and the ability to guide clients through system setup, configuration, and optimization.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of UKG Pro HR and Payroll solutions, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and tailor UKG Pro to meet their needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on UKG Pro functionality, best practices, and system capabilities.
- Conduct data migration, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Train HR and payroll teams on UKG Pro usage and best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Stay up to date with UKG Pro updates and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience implementing UKG Pro HR and Payroll modules.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, compliance, and best practices.
- Experience with UKG Pro integrations and data migration.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- UKG Pro certifications (preferred but not required).
