What You'll Be Doing

Being bold, passionate, positive, and taking Goorin to the next level. Providing customer service, as a creative thinker, collaborative, style-savvy, and fun employee. Engaging in interesting conversations, making people happy, and helping our customers to look and feel their best! We don’t just sell hats. We have the ability to improve people’s lives, including our own, each and every day through the transformative power of hats.

·      Learning about, wearing, and selling Goorin Brothers hats

·      Providing the exceptional customer experiences which we strive for

·      Building sales to include a full customer experience & meeting key performance indicator goals

·      Maintaining dynamic visual merchandising standards that are clean and easy to navigate

·      Opening, closing, and daily operational duties

·      Helping to maintain a positive, upbeat workplace. This is our home away from home.

·      Basic cash handling, POS, and computer skills

·      Processing shipments and receiving them into inventory

·      Having loads of fun.

Physical Demands

·      Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods at a time

·      Must be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, sit

·      Must be able to walk stairs and climb step ladders

·      Must be able to use a keyboard, mouse, and telephone

·      Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. occasionally or and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently
