WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING                                                           

As the Paid Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through our paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI. Working closely with the marketing team, you will have the opportunity to bring our brand to life through innovative and effective digital marketing initiatives.


ADDITIONALLY, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR                                            

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn 
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates 
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance 
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to the team 
  • Ensure paid media strategies remain on budget by making recommendations on reallocation of budgets to optimize ROI 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective 


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED  

  • 5+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion or consumer products 
  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end e-commerce processes including clear understanding of website infrastructure, content management, merchandising, product attribution, and customer-facing functionality 
  • Be well versed in Shopify and knowledge of supporting applications and integrations with supporting platforms 
  • Must have the ability to translate Brand vision to the online channel and execute strategies that lead the company consistently towards that vision 
  • Must have strong skills in strategy and planning, budget and P/L management, merchandising, and marketing 
  • Proven leadership and team management skills derived from having direct responsibility for building and managing a cohesive, high-performing team 
  • Needs to be a problem solver, thrive in fast-paced environment, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once, have attention to detail, and work well with cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to manage internal and external project resources; Experience managing the work of third-party vendors 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 


Pay

· Compensation will be based on experience level and qualifications.

Salary

$75,000 - $90,000 per year
