What You'll Be Doing
As a leader in our shops, you will partner with your Store Manager to inspire and motivate your team to create memorable experiences for anyone who comes into your store. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the following:
· Maintain an organized data warehouse and scalable, user-friendly reporting infrastructure
· Learning about, wearing and selling Goorin Brothers hats
· Continually increasing your product knowledge to become a hat expert
· Providing exceptional customer service including clienteling via email, phone, and social media correspondence
· Building sales to include a full customer experience & meeting key performance indicator goals
· Fulfilling and processing web orders
· Creating and processing in-store sales
· Opening, closing, and daily operational duties
· Helping to maintain a clean, visually appealing, and positive workplace
· Processing shipments and receiving them into inventory and stock room
· A strong background in retail sales and previous leadership experience
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· A proven track record of delivering results
· Visual merchandising or related fashion experience
· Personal accountability
· Strong verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands
· Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods at a time
· Must be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, sit
· Must be able to walk stairs and climb step ladders
· Must be able to use keyboard, mouse, and telephone
· Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. occasionally or and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently
Pay
$16 - $18 per hour
