**Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

**Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

**Location: Gothenburg, NE

**Salary: $25 to $40 per hour

**Job Overview:

At Good Life ABA, we are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). As an RBT, you will work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum and related disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Paid training and certification opportunities are available for qualified candidates.

**Responsibilities:

- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA

- Collect data on client progress and behavior

- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients

- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective

treatment plans

- Maintain professional and ethical conduct at all times

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of 40-hour RBT training program (paid training available)

- Pass the RBT Competency Assessment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients
