Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job

Enrolled in Real Estate Course ok, but can not start until fully licensed and must be willing to train through our mentor program.

Great communication and social skills

Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

Show good organizational and time management skills

Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth

A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

Responsibilities:

Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth

Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community

Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales

Real Estate Agent

Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Agent. We are looking for someone who is driven, ambitious, and willing to learn. This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally and make a difference in the lives of others. Our ideal candidate is someone who is willing to work hard and has a desire to succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Manage multiple accounts from one office, including listing agents, listing brokers, and buyers and sellers.
  • Manage the listings process from start to finish.
  • List agents on new listings daily.
  • Manage the listings process from start to finish for all agents.
  • Coordinate with other agents on listings daily.
  • Work with buyers and sellers on price negotiations.
  • Schedule showings for buyers and sellers daily.
  • Manage the listings process from start to finish for all agents.
  • Work with listing brokers daily.
  • Represent Fathom Realty professionally at open houses, closing dates, and other real estate events as needed.
  • Conduct in-person tours of homes for buyers and sellers daily.
  • Prepare closing documents for buyers and sellers daily.

  • Review contracts with buyers and sellers daily.
  • Prepare closing statements for agents that are closing on their properties each month.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
