Primary Responsibilities:

·      Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Golf DEN and what the options are.

·      Take and deliver beverage orders to guests promptly and accurately.

·      Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.

·      Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Golf DEN technology.

·      Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.

·      Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications:

·      Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

·      Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

·      Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

·      Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

·      Familiarity with swing analysis technology and launch monitor technology.

·      Upbeat energy and enthusiasm and a cheerful outlook

·      Ability to think on your feet and manage customer expectations.

·      Ability to work in a challenging environment.

·      Availability to be present in space at high value times.

·      Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time and maneuver up and down stairs.

·      High school diploma or equivalent
