We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Property Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

The Property Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties, focusing on tenant and property owner relations. This role is essential to maintaining positive relationships with tenants, ensuring properties are well-maintained, and supporting efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform leasing activities, including showing properties, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.
• Address tenant inquiries, process maintenance requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely property upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records related to rent collection, tenant information, and property inspections.
• Complete ad-hoc requests.
• Assist with marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates, including online listings and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; experience with property management software (Buildium, Appfolio, Yardi, etc) is an advantage.
