Golden Sanctuary Assisted Living is an intimate, boutique-style assisted living community dedicated to person-centered care in a warm, homelike environment. We are seeking caring and reliable PCAs/CNAs to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities include:


  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Provide companionship and support to promote residents’ dignity, independence, and emotional well-being.
  • Prepare and serve meals; assist residents with eating as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
  • Engage residents in daily activities, conversation, and routines to encourage socialization and quality of life.
  • Observe and document changes in residents’ health, mood, or behavior and promptly report concerns to supervisors.
  • Work as part of a small, close-knit care team to ensure safety, comfort, and individualized care.

Qualifications:


  • PCA certification, CNA license, or prior caregiving experience preferred.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a small residential care environment.
  • Commitment to delivering person-centered care and treating residents with dignity and respect.

Salary
