The Records and Data Clerk at Golden Oaks Law Group, LLP provides vital part-time support to the entire legal and administrative team by accurately entering client data into firm systems and managing the organization of both physical and scanned case records.
Summary/Objective
Golden Oaks Law Group, LLP is a full-service trust and estates law firm specializing in wealth management, preservation, and transfer. The Records and Data Clerk provides essential operational support to the entire legal and administrative team, including Paralegals, Administrative Assistants, Wealth Transfer Specialists, and Attorneys. This role is responsible for the accurate intake of client data and the meticulous management of physical and digital case files to ensure the firm operates efficiently.

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Schedule
Weekly Hours: 28 hours per week
Part-time; the specific schedule will be determined based on the Managing Partner's requirements and the availability of the applicant.

· Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer workstation.
· Extended periods of focus and concentration to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
· Occasional lifting of files, boxes, or other materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
